In the back of a school bus hauling bastards
Holding on to some tired memory

Wasting our time on molding the future
Burning cherry cigarettes
pinching a dime for my corner store groceries
Thumbing through all my regrets

Now I'm older than him
Little boy from my pictures
Tired of being seen
With bags full of blown chances under my eyes
and a house of gold without a key

I need advice or something to repeat
Anything to pass the time
I'm a mess of all of my faiulures
But at least I can say that I tried
